HOW DOES IT WORKS?
Your “Cashless” bracelet is the only way to pay for purchases on all stands in the festival. To pay, you simply move the chip on your bracelet to the payment terminal. On each transaction, the amount remaining of your account is shown to you.
IMPORTANT: Your “Cashless” account is an electronic wallet. It is not linked to your bank account. You will not be charged beyond the amount you credited.
BEFORE THE FESTIVAL

by filling your first name, your name, email, a password, your festival ticket number and Bank card information. Choose the amount you want to be credited to your bracelet. Confirm … and that’s it!
DURING THE FESTIVAL

If you have a 2 Days pass : choose the dedicated queue for 2 Days Pass. At the checkpoint, your ticket is scanned and a chip bracelet is given to you. To activate your chip and the credit, visit one of top-up banks on the festival area. You can credit your chip bracelet with your credit card or cash.
If you have a one-day ticket: choose the dedicated queue for one-day tickets. At the checkpoint, your ticket is scanned. To get your chip bracelet (with money on it), visit one of the many top-up banks on the festival. You can credit your chip bracelet with your credit card or cash.
RELOAD YOUR CASHLESS WRIST
You can recharge your bracelet as many times as you want in Cashless top-up banks by CB or cash. You can also charge your chip bracelet to your account on the website or mobile app of the festival.
AFTER THE FESTIVAL

To request your money back, you simply connect to your account via the festival website or the mobile application and click the button « Reimbursement ». Your credit card will be credited to your balance at the end of the month.

Once logged into your account, click the « Reimbursement » button. Your bank account will be credited to your balance before the end of the month.

I ONLY HAVE A ONE-DAY TICKET. HOW TO GET MY PAYMENT BRACELET?
If you have created and credited an account before the event, a bracelet chip containing the amount you pre-credited is given to you after your ticket access control.
If you did not have create an account, you simply go to one of top-up banks to obtain a payment chip bracelet and credited the desired amount by cash or credit card.
WARNING: For day pass, payment bracelet is not a pass for the entrance.
I HAVE SEVERAL DAY TICKETS. SHOULD I CREATE AN ACCOUNT FOR EACH DAY?
No! With an account or not, it is only a payment chip bracelet. Whether you come 1 or 2 days, you create your account with 1 ticket number and keep the same payment chip bracelet during the festival. If you did not create an account, your payment will also be valid throughout your stay.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY CHIP BRACELET?
Knowing that your bracelet is attached to your wrist, it would not be likely to lose it… But if it happens, anyway, your account is attached to your bracelet, so, you can block your chip by visiting one of the top-up banks. You can get for free a new bracelet which will be credited to the balance of the chip you have blocked. Unfortunately, if you did not create an account, blocking your chip is impossible …
IS MY CHIP BRACELET FREE?
When you topped-up your bracelet for the first time (creating an account before the festival or directly into a top-up « bank » during the festival), 1€ is taken for the chip activation.
Example: If you credit your chip with € 20, the actual balance on your present chip will be 19 €.
NOTE : The activation fee is only charged for the first topped-up. All topped-up are free.
HOW TO RECOVER THE BALANCE OF MY WRIST AFTER THE FESTIVAL?
If you created an account, simply log into your account via the website or mobile app of the festival, and to ask for reimbursement. Your bank account will be credited to your balance before the end of the month.
If you did not create an account: In order to reclaim your balance, you must create a Cashless account. For this, nothing more simple: visit the festival website (or application mobile), and go to Cashless section. From here you create your Cashless account by filling your first name, your name, email, a password, your festival ticket number and Bank card information.
