After Chile, Brazil, Argentina and Germany, since 2017 France has been the fifth country to host the Lollapalooza festival on the emblematic site of the Hippodrome de Longchamp.
From July 18 to 20, 2025, the world's greatest artists will take to the stage to offer 120,000 festival-goers an extraordinary experience.
To make the magic happen, hundreds of people will be involved, offering the public a warm and professional welcome.

The jobs we offer in this area are for managing festival-goers only.
We do not process internship applications, nor do we recruit volunteer staff.

ACCESS CONTROL / TICKETING
You will welcome the public at the Festival gates, checking or selling tickets.
This position is vital to the success of the festival, and requires an ability to interact with the public.
You'll also need to be in good physical condition, as the job involves standing for several hours at a time.
No particular experience is required; we're looking for people with a smiling, welcoming disposition.
RESPONSABILITIES
You will receive and return prohibited items on site, at the Festival gates.
PMR / PSH SUPPORT
You will welcome and accompany people with reduced mobility or disabilities at various strategic points of the festival.
Experience in the medical or personal assistance field is essential.
HOSTESSARY / VIP INTERVIEW
Your position will consist in welcoming the VIP Public in various private areas of the festival, as well as in ensuring their set-up and maintenance. One hostess experience is desirable, the mastery of English language is welcome.
VIP BAR
The festival's VIP areas are equipped with private bars. We are looking for bartenders and bartenders with a real professional experience (draining beers, changing barrels, making basic cocktails, stock management). The mastery of English language is welcome.
KITCHEN CLERK
You will help prepare culinary creations in a private area of the Festival.
INFO / WELCOME / ORIENTATION
Your mission will be to inform and guide the public within the festival, as well as around the Longchamp Racecourse.This position requires a good physical condition because it involves a lot of travel as well as staying up for several hours in a row. The mastery of the English language is desirable, as well as an experience of contact with the crowd and a ease of communication with the public.
CRITERIA & CONDITIONS
DETAILED CONDITIONS
You must be 18 years of age or older.
Since the end times of missions are mostly late, we will not be able to recruit any minor person, in order to respect the labor code.
When applying, you must commit yourself to be available during the 3 days of the festival (from 18 to 20 July 2025), Day and night.You will need to commit to attending, July 17, 2025, to a information and material delivery meeting during which you will be individually accredited. This meeting will be mandatory, no accreditation can take place the following day. As your identity must be verified during the accreditation, it will not be possible to delegate this formality to another person.
When applying, you will have to specify if you are applying for one or more positions. Attention, some missions have a very limited number of places.
If you have only indicated one preference, we will consider that you would not accept any other positions.
If we select you, you will need to commit to accept and respect the schedule which will be individually awarded to you. Your schedules will correspond to the needs of the festival and will be established according to the obligations of the labor code (time intervals, breaks, etc.). Under no circumstances can they be adapted to your requests. The latest mission end times will be around 2:00am.
You must be free from any contract of more than 18 hours with another Company during the week of the festival, as the labor code prohibits you from combining jobs for more than 48 hours per week. Number of positions requiring 10 hours of work per day during the 3 days of the festival, so we are looking for persons free from any external commitment. Attention, paid leave does not relieve you of an ongoing contract. Only unpaid leave at your other Company could free you from it.
You will be under CDD contract and your salary will be based on Hourly minimum wage.
You will have to apply individually, grouped applications cannot be processed.
You will only need to apply once. Each application will be carefully studied and classified according to your profile. Hiring confirmations will be sent during the 1era Fortnight of June. If you did not receive a favorable response before June 15, 2025, it is because your application will have been placed on the waiting list in case of new needs. Individuals who submit multiple applications will not be selected.
