The festival is a general public event, open to all ages, but children under 16 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult.
HOWEVER, for reasons of hearing health, Admission is not recommended for children under 10 years of age who are not equipped with appropriate hearing protection.
However, if you decide to come with a child under the age of 10 without appropriate hearing protection, the festival and the organizer cannot be held responsible for any problems that may occur as a result of the event.

Because music is universal, the Lollapalooza Paris Festival makes it a point of honor to optimize the reception conditions for People with Disabilities.

NOTE CAREFULLY
Attention: As our parking capacities, as well as for the platform, are limited, these services cannot be offered to you if the capacities are reached.
This regulation applies to all festival-goers present on the site. It aims to guarantee safety, mutual respect, environmental protection and the smooth running of the event.
Valid ticket and identity check
Access to the festival is subject to the presentation of a valid ticket (paper or electronic). The organization reserves the right to verify the identity of the holder to avoid fraud. Please bring an official ID.
Final exit (no readmission)
Any exit from the festival site is considered final. No bracelet or stamp allows readmission, except for special provisions specified by the organization for holders of a 3-day pass.
Unaccompanied minors
Access is prohibited to minors under 16 years of age who are not accompanied by a responsible adult. An identity document may be requested at the entrance. However, for reasons of hearing health, admission is not recommended for children under 10 who are not equipped with appropriate hearing protection.
However, if you decide to come with a child under the age of 10 without appropriate hearing protection, the festival and the organizer cannot be held responsible for any problems that may occur as a result of the event.
Purchased tickets cannot
- be used for advertising or promotional purposes, commercial use, media or public relations, contests or lotteries, (or for any other similar commercial gain); and/or
- be combined with any hospitality, travel or accommodation service and/or any other merchandise, product or service to create a package intended for sale or other distribution.
To ensure everyone's safety, the following items are strictly prohibited from entering:

Any object that can be used as a weapon or projectile, as well as illegal substances and alcohol from outside are strictly prohibited. Checks will be carried out.

Bulky or dangerous objects
For the sake of safety and comfort, folding chairs, rigid umbrellas, camera legs, cameras, drones, selfie sticks, coolers, suitcases, or any bulky or potentially dangerous object are prohibited on the site.
Professional cameras without accreditation
Only compact devices or smartphones are allowed. The use of professional equipment (SLR, hybrid cameras with telephoto lenses, video cameras) is reserved for persons duly accredited by the festival and the organization.

Violence, discriminatory remarks, harassment
Any violent behavior, sexual or moral harassment, racist, sexist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic comments, or any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited.
Intrusion backstage or on stage
It is strictly forbidden to access areas reserved for staff, artists or the stage without written authorization. Any attempt will result in an immediate evacuation of the festival site.
Dangerous behavior
Any act that endangers oneself or others (throwing objects, climbing structures, use of risky substances, aggressive behavior, etc.) is prohibited.
Search at the entrance
A bag search and a security check may be carried out at the entrance. Anyone refusing these controls will be denied access to the festival.
Ongoing monitoring
The site is monitored by an approved security team, as well as fire safety and emergency personnel. Cameras can also be used to ensure public safety.
Evacuation
In case of emergency or order from the authorities, festival-goers must respect the evacuation instructions given by the staff. Emergency exits are clearly marked.
Sanitaries
Toilets and water points are available at several festival locations. Their proper use is everyone's business: don't degrade them, leave them clean.
Waste and cleanliness
The site is equipped with sorting bins. It is strictly forbidden to throw rubbish on the ground. Cleaning teams circulate, but cleanliness depends on everyone.
First aid stations
First aid areas are available on site. If you feel unwell or injured, report it immediately to a security guard or volunteer.
Prevention and comfort
A prevention stand will welcome you throughout the festival.
In particular, you will be able to find:

Remember to hydrate yourself regularly and protect yourself from the sun.
Visual capture
By entering the site, each festival-goer authorizes the organization or any third party authorized by the latter to film or photograph the scenes of festival life, on which they may appear.
Use of images
These images may be used for communication, promotion or archival purposes, without financial compensation. Any recording for commercial use by a third party is prohibited without authorization. Exploitations include the right of reproduction, the right of representation, the right to adapt the recording made.
Personal items
The organization declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or deterioration of personal effects. Lockers will be available on site to leave your personal effects. (See location on the festival map).
Individual responsibility
Each participant is responsible for their actions. In case of non-compliance with the regulations, the organization may file a lawsuit or expel the offender without reimbursement.
These rules are posted at the entrance to the site and can be consulted on the festival's official website and mobile application.
The organization reserves the right to:
Refuse entry to any person not complying with these rules,
Cancel or adapt the event in the event of force majeure,
Report any reprehensible behavior to the authorities.
Article 1 — Organizing Company
LIVE NATION S.A.S, a company with a capital of 37,000.00 euros whose head office is located at 11 rue Paul Lelong, 75002 Paris, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number 513 451 468 represented by Angelo GOPEE, General Manager, duly authorized for the purposes of these, duly authorized for the purposes of these, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizing Company”, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizing Company”, acting on his behalf, is organizing a free game with no obligation to purchase, hereinafter referred to as “Game Competition”.
Article 2 — Duration

Article 3 — Participation
Participation in the Competition is open to any natural person over 16 years of age, with the exception of the staff of the Organizing Company and members of the companies that are partners in the operation, as well as their families. The Organizing Company reserves the right to request written justification at any time, and to carry out all verifications as well as to disqualify any participant or winner who does not respond to this request.
Article 4 — Competition mechanism
As part of the Lollapalooza Festival, the Organizing Company wishes to win 2494 prizes of a different value through the random distribution of trading cards.
Phase 1: Participation
Participants must go to the meeting points communicated by the Organizing Company on its social networks in order to try to receive a free booster including a random chance of receiving prizes via special cards. Participants will also be able to try to collect boosters via online take-out orders or delivery at Peppe Pizza restaurants. Finally, participants will be able to try to win boosters during the Festival through random distributions. Since the distribution is random and the stock is limited, no guarantee of receiving a booster is provided by the Organizing Company.
Phase 2: Competition open from July 8, 2025 at 17:00 p.m., Paris time, until July 20, 2025 at 23:59 p.m., Paris time. Anyone who gets a special card in their booster automatically wins the prize corresponding to the card obtained.
Article 5 — Endowments
As part of this operation, the Organizing Company is offering 2494 lots distributed as follows:
- 80 1-day passes for Friday 18 July
- 80 1-day passes for Saturday, July 19
- 80 1-day passes for Sunday July 20
- 400 “Drink Cards” worth €3
- 180 “Food Cards” worth €5
- 270 “Goodies Cards” to exchange for a collector poster
- 50 “Lolla+ Cards”
- 904 “Cashless Cards” worth €1
- 360 “Cashless Cards” worth €2
- 90 “Cashless Cards” worth €5
As for 1-day passes: These are represented by the so-called “Shiny” cards. The passes correspond to the day when the artist on the Shiny card will perform, namely:

- Shiny cards “David Guetta” and “Macklemore”:
1-day pass for Saturday July 19
- Shiny “Justin Timberlake” and “Raye” cards:

In order to withdraw their prize, the winners must go to the ticket office on the Lollapalooza Festival website, on the day corresponding to their win. His card will then be stamped and a 1-day pass will be given to him.
When it comes to “Drink Cards”, “Food Cards” and “Cashless Cards”
These cards will be presented by the winners on the various cashless stands on the Festival website. The cards will then be stamped and the amount corresponding to the cards presented will then be credited to the winners' cashless bracelet.
As for “Goodie Cards”
These cards will be presented by the winners on the Festival's merchandising stand. The cards will then be stamped and a collector's poster of the Festival will then be given to the winners.
When it comes to “Lolla+ Cards”
These cards will be presented by the winners on the Festival's “Info Point” stand. Attention, it is necessary to already have an access ticket for the Festival in order to be able to obtain access to Lolla+. The Lolla+ card does not allow you to win a pass for the Festival, but just an upgrade of your ticket already purchased. The cards will then be stamped and a Lolla+ bracelet will then be given to the winners.
The prize offered cannot give rise, on the part of the winner, to any dispute of any kind, nor to the delivery of its cash equivalent other than cashless for the corresponding cards, nor to its replacement or exchange for any reason whatsoever.
However, in the event that the Organizing Company is unable to deliver the prize actually won, the Organizing Company reserves the right to replace the announced prizes with prizes of equivalent value or similar characteristics. It should be noted, however, that no recourse of any kind whatsoever may be brought against the Organizing Company.
The responsibility of the Organizing Company is limited to this offer alone and cannot be committed under any circumstances, regardless of the incidents that may occur during their conduct.
Article 6 - Advertising
The participants agree that the Organizing Company has the right to publish, on any medium whatsoever, for advertising or other purposes, on the Internet or not, for the whole world, the name of the winners, without the winners being able to demand any financial compensation whatsoever and for a period of two (2) years from the announcement of the winners.
Article 7 - Responsibility
The Organizing Company cannot incur any responsibility if, in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control or justified necessity, it were required to cancel this game, to shorten it, to extend it, to postpone it or to modify its conditions, it being unable to be held liable for this fact.
In any case, it reserves the right to extend the participation period. In addition, participation in the Competition implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission on the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misuse and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network.
Consequently, the Organizing Company cannot under any circumstances be held responsible, without this list being exhaustive:
- The transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet;
- Any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the smooth running or functioning of the Competition;
- The failure of any receiving equipment or communication lines;
- The loss of all email and, more generally, the loss of all data;
- The operation of any software;
- The consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, technical failure;
- Any damage caused to a participant's computer or smartphone;
- Any technical, hardware and software failure of any kind, which prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the Competition Game or which damaged a participant's system.
Article 8 — Acceptance of the rules
Participation in the operation implies acceptance of these regulations in their entirety and of the decision of the Organizing Company on any dispute that may arise concerning the interpretation and application of these regulations.
Article 9 - Regulation
The rules are available on the Organizing Company's website on the following page: https://www.livenation.fr/CompetitionTandCs The Organizing Company reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to postpone, modify or cancel this Competition, to modify the participation period, to resolve immediately and as a last resort all difficulties that may arise during the course of the Competition. The responsibility of the Organizing Company cannot be called into question if, due to an unforeseeable, irresistible event external to them, the commitments resulting from this regulation could not be fully or partially fulfilled.
Article 10: Data protection
It is specified here that the personal data collected concerning participants is mandatory and necessary for the processing of their participation in this Game, for the management of the draw and the allocation of prizes, it being understood that any participant exercising their right to delete data concerning them before the end of the Game will be deemed to have renounced their participation.

Article 11 — Reimbursement of Connection Fees
Internet connection costs will be reimbursed upon simple request made by any participant under the conditions indicated below, as will the postage costs of this request.
This request must be sent only by post no later than seventy-two (72) hours following the date of the player's participation in the Competition, postmarked as proof, to the following address:

To be taken into account, the request must be made on plain paper indicating the title of the competition, the name and surname of the participant, his e-mail address and his postal address as well as the date and time of the connection. The reimbursement of postage costs will be made based on the slow “letter” rate in force.
Only one refund will be made per household (same name, same address) for the duration of the competition. All requests whose contact details are incomplete, deleted or illegible will not be processed and Live Nation cannot be held responsible.
The connection fees, and the postage fees for this request, will be reimbursed, according to the following terms:
- for internet connection costs:
reimbursement on the basis of five (5) minutes, including the first indivisible minute at 0.12 Euro then the additional minute at 0.02 Euro, i.e. the five (5) minutes at 0.20 Euros.
It is agreed that any access to the competition that will take place on an unlimited flat rate basis (cable, ADSL, etc.) cannot be reimbursed since the subscription is contracted by the Internet user for his use of the Internet in general, the comfort it provides and that accessing the competition does not incur any additional costs.
The refund request must be accompanied by proof attesting that the participant does not benefit from a fixed subscription entitling him to an unlimited Internet connection over time.

The refund will take place within about four (4) weeks from the receipt of the request by Live Nation.
Article 12 - Exclusion
The Organizing Company may cancel the participation (s) of any player who has not respected these rules.
This cancellation can be done at any time and without notice.
Article 13 - Disputes
If one or more provisions of this regulation were declared null or inapplicable, the other clauses would retain all their force and scope.
The law applicable to this competition is French law. Any dispute arising during this game will be the subject of an attempt at an amicable settlement.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal. Any dispute will no longer be admissible after July 21, 2025.
