Your “Cashless” bracelet is the way to pay for your purchases at all the festival's points of sale. To pay for your order, simply place your bracelet on the payment terminal. With each transaction, your account balance is communicated to you.

— Your “Cashless” bracelet is an electronic wallet. It is not linked to your bank account. You cannot be debited for more than the amount you have credited.

Once my ticket is purchased, I can choose to create my cashless account and credit it first To arrive at the festival

• To create my account, I am entering information on the module present in the cashless section of the site https://www.lollaparis.com/ or on the festival app my personal information and my bank details
• The bar code number of my ticket will be required to create my account
• If I create my cashless account before the festival, the amount credited to my account will be given to me on my cashless bracelet when I scan my ticket when I arrive at the festival for more speed

Where can I pick up my cashless bracelet?

• If I created and reloaded my account before To come to the festival, the charged bracelet will be given to me directly at the entrance when my ticket is scanned

• If I have not created and reloaded my account before To come to the festival I can use the bracelet that will be systematically given to me when my ticket is scanned. At any time, I can scan the QR code on my bracelet or anywhere on site to recharge it via my smartphone using my bank card.

• Activating your cashless account is charged €1 (only during your first recharge)

• Cashless is the payment method on all festival stands (catering, bars, merchandising)

• To pay for my consumption, all I have to do is present my cashless bracelet to the seller who, by simple contact with a cashless payment terminal, can make the payment

• The total amount of my order will be indicated to me before paying
‍
• The remaining balance on my account will be indicated to me at the end of the payment

If there is money left on your BRACELET, you can request the reimbursement of your balance from 21/07/2025 - 08:00 to 04/08/2025 - 23:59
This will only be done by bank bracelet and will require the 6-letter code found on the chip of your BRACELET.

- You have created a Cashless account : To request a refund of your balance, simply log into your account via the festival site and click on the refund button. Your credit card balance will be credited to your balance before the end of the month.

- You did not create a Cashless account: In order to be able to request a refund of your balance, you need to create a Cashless account. To do this, nothing could be easier: go to the festival website, Cashless tab.
From there, you create your Cashless account by entering your first name, your last name, your last name, your email, a password, the 6-letter code on the chip of your BRACELET as well as your bank card information.
Once logged into your account, click on the refund button. Your credit card balance will be credited to your balance before the end of the month.
 
- No refund request after the deadline can not be made

• It allows you to check my remaining balance at any time
• It allows me to replace my bracelet in case of loss or theft
• It gives access to the history of my consumption and to download my receipts
• It allows you to request a refund of the remaining balance at the end of the festival

IMPORTANT: if I do not create my cashless account, I cannot recover the remaining funds on my bracelet in case of loss or theft.

He is strongly recommended to create a cashless account but this is not mandatory, whether I have created an account or not, I can recharge my bracelet independently with the QR code on my bracelet throughout the festival or with a banker in the cashless area.
